About Cedar Trees Resort
Cedar Trees Resort has been in existence for the past fifty years and was operated as a fishing camp. The Veritis family purchased the Park in 1998 and the changes and improvements haven't stopped since. Over the last nine years, we have created the finest family and retirement Park with over 3000' of waterfrontage and 31 acres of fully treed tranquillity on delightful Hay Bay. Our facilities consist of new hydro metre and water systems to all seasonal sites, a brand new comfort station which is second to none, 6 newly renovated cottages, CSA approved playground, and we're very proud to have attained a 100% quality assurance rating from the O.P.C.A. which guarantees you a clean and quiet environment. Our most recent improvements include our new office and store, continuous improvement to our sandy beach area, and our recreation centre is currently under construction.
It is a 10 minute drive to the town of Napanee for everything you'll need (ie grocery stores, liquor and beer stores, banks etc.). We carry pop, ice cream and snacks. We sell worms by the dozen, and have a selection of tackle to suit your needs.
Hay Bay is renowned for its Walleye fishing, however, it has unexpectedly become the second largest Bass fishing haven in Ontario! Families can catch 3-5lb Bass off the shore almost any morning or evening! But, make sure you use a leader, cause there are some monster Pike here too! For the littlest of anglers, they'll be happy to catch buckets of sunfish and perch all day!
We have a stainless steel fish cleaning station and freezer so you can take your catch home!
